I just wanted to formally commend this Tuffy shop in Gahanna for the superior service and care.  They have always treated me with respect and consideration.  I have been a customer for over 20 years and appreciate that little extra customer service greatly.  As a single working mother of a toddler and a teenager, life is pretty hectic.  Something like needing car repair has a huge impact on my daily activities.  Joe Brooks was wonderful and allowed me use of their loaner car, which was a life-saver.  It was no-hassle and allowed me to get on with my day.  Thank you for your commitment to providing high quality employees and service at your Tuffy Auto Service Centers.  Kudos also to manager, Joe Brooks, and his knowledgeable, courteous staff.
