Pensacola Tuffy was the nicest place I have ever been. I am from out of town and I went to visit the University, on my way I experienced complications with my vehicle. Tuffy was able to fix it right away and get me back on the road in enough time to make my appointment. The service men were friendly and informative. Thank God for Pensacola Tuffy because if it were not for them, I would still be in Pensicola waiting on a ride back to Panama City.

I met with Jimmy, the manager. He was very nice and helpful. He got me a good deal, and was very thorough in explaining to me what was wrong with my truck and what needed to be done. I had recently had my truck serviced at another auto repair facility in town. Their customer service was lacking, and three days later my truck broke down. I had it towed to Tuffy. Tuffy was amazing. The mechanics did an excellent job fixing my truck. It is running a lot smoother now. Thanks Tuffy!

I have been to multiple auto repair shops and this one is by far the best one yet.  It is the first one that will show me what is wrong with my truck.  Other places will just spit out some parts and automotive lingo and then a price, but at this Tuffy in Pensacola, they make sure you know and understand what they are going to do.  Also when I walked in, I was greeted by name.  Their waiting area was very clean and the free drinks while I waited was a plus.  Thank you guys!  You sure know how to run a successful business!
