This is my third visit to this location. The staff is great.

First time, my wife lost her diamond earring down seat on a Friday night at 6:00pm and Tuffy took the time to take out the seat to get it...NO charge, unbelievable. The second trip, same car (2004 Jag), I need to get the car checked; again a great job.

This time, engine light came on with my family driving back to Canada. It was a quick service and the problem was found without a charge.  I was at their mercy and Tuffy could have told me anything and I would have paid to ensure the safety of my kids.  This location and the staff are UNBELIEVABLE.

The staff at Tuffy went above and beyond to accomodate me. As I waited for the car to be serviced amongst the other customers, they all echoed the same praise for the staff and this service station.  They said that this was the only service station where they weren't being ripped off. We all agreed that it's really comforting to know that if you need your car serviced, you will not be robbed for unecessary repairs.
