I've been going to the Tuffy in Lynn Haven for over a year now. The staff is amazing and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. I've always been very impressed with everything that has left their shop. I'm always referring friends and family to them.

I bothered the men at Tuffy everyday for about two weeks with problem after problem on my car. They took the time to listen to me each and every time to get the problems corrected. They were always very helpful and really seemed like they cared. One day, my car was so bad that the manager, Jason Griffith, offered to give me and my two kids a ride just so that I wouldn’t risk an accident. I will never go to another shop. Thanks Tuffy!

I can’t say enough about the Tuffy staff at Lynn Haven. They have been such a blessing to me. My husband is an over the road trucker so I’m left to deal with things that I don’t always know about. We recently relocated to Alabama which is why we no longer visit your location. Your staff members were always polite and helpful, and I knew if I had any questions that they would be great about answering what I or my husband might have been wanting to know. Wow! The staff at Tuffy were awesome! They treated me like I was apart of their family. After a very stressful time traveling from Dothan, AL to Lynn Haven to visit my parents and not knowing what was wrong with my car, the guys at Tuffy immediately took stock of the situation and went to work to fix the problem. They were very helpful, concerned, and considerate. While I do not live in Lynn Haven, but if you ever need car work and are in the area, I would truly recommend this Tuffy!
