Tuffy is great! At Palm Coast (Florida), the men at Tuffy went out of their way to help me when I was in a really difficult situation. I was trying to make it from Florida to South Carolina in one day with my pickup truck that broke down. When the men at Tuffy told me the truck wasn't going to make it even close to South Carolina they did what they could to help me. The owner helped by getting a hold of a company where I could rent a car that I would need.

My experience with Tuffy is one I would gladly share and pass along to anyone thinking about using a Tuffy to service their vehicle.  Customer service like I received at the Tuffy near me is almost unheard of in any industry any longer.

I have an older model vehicle that was experiencing a few issues.  I called around and attempted to speak with several other vehicle repair shops in my area and even got a quote from one.  I wasn't happy with the level of service I received at any of them.  I was a bit wary of calling any major "chain" repair shop because, like dealership repairs, my past experience has been one of being rushed in, not really listened to, or had my questions entertained, and paying a lot.  So, when I called Tuffy and spoke with Del Hydrick, I was extremely surprised at his level of professionalism, concern for my issues, and patience for my many many questions.  I immediately felt comfortable and at ease in my dealings with him.  He worked with me, listened and answered every question I had, called around to find the best price for the parts I needed, and quoted me a price that substantially beat the price quoted by another company.  While he had my vehicle in the shop, he kept me in the loop throughout the day and gave me honest recommendations on what my vehicle needed, and above all else, what it didn't need.
