All too often we are quick to complain and slow to say Thank You. Not this time.
On Saturday, September 11, the battery in my 80 year old friend’s car died with no warning. Other things happed that indicated there may be also been a loss of certain fluids. She was very concerned. The battery was replaced by a nearby Walmart; an employee there had recommend that we to the Port Orange Tuffy. We did and the service manager could not have been more helpful. He was quite busy, but he calmed her down and had an associate immediately look at her vehicle. He assured her that everything looked fine and in good working order – there was no charge.
What he did not know was that my friend was scheduled for spinal surgery this coming Friday; she truly was in a nervous state of mind. This was her first experience with Tuffy, mine too. We will definitely tell our friends and family about Tuffy. Thanks again.
