My daughter is deaf and happens to live near the Tuffy store in Apopka.  The owner/manager, Ron Bussiere, was very helpful and understanding when my daughter came in for a service visit.  Being some eight hours away, I had to depend on Ron to get her car fixed right.  Ron kept me in touch with all of the repairs needed and the cost despite the fact that he had to call me long distance.  He went above and beyond what I would have expected from anyone to get her car back in good shape.  If he is any example of a typical owner/manager at other Tuffy locations, I would not hesitate to recommend Tuffy to anyone needing repair work done.  Thanks Ron for taking such great care of my daughter and her vehicle!
