I had a very positive experience when I brought my Sequoia in for an oil change and tire balance and rotate. The problem that I didn't mention was that the check engine light and VSC lights were on, but I didn't want to address that because it was always a $300-$400 oxygen sensor repair at the dealership. The technician recommended that I have the air filter changed and to our pleasant surprise that fixed it! They also ran the vehicle through car wash for us as a complimentary service and that too is appreciated. They also let us know that our battery failed a test which is very important for us to know since our 16 yr. old is driving it and could have ended up stranded somewhere. Thanks so much for a rare, positive, car repair experience!
