Stopped by the local Tuffy this morning because I heard a loud knocking noise coming from the front of my car. They let me know that the tires that were just rotated and balanced from another service center were loose and about to fall off. I just wanted to recognize the manager and his crew -- they took care of me quickly and showed genuine care and concern where other places treat you like a number. I will be going to Tuffy at Lake Nona for my services from now on.

I am writing to let you know how curteous, kind and professional the staff was to us. They checked out the car, told us what the problem was and since we were on our way to a wedding they let us know we would be safe getting there. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us out. In this day and age it was a pleasant experience that started out to be frightening. You should be proud of your staff there.

Recently, we had some brake issues (gripping hard, etc.) and took my wife's Prius to the Tuffy on Narcossee Road in Orlando, since the dealer was not able to solve it. Glen and his team did the work and things were fine. A week later the gripping re-surfaced and Glen very eagerly worked on the car to solve it. AND HE DID (something the dealer could not)! I called him and expressed my appreciation. God bless!

I just want to say what a wonderful staff you have at the Tuffy at 7444 Narcoossee Rd. Orlando, FL 32822. Long story short, I was having a heck of time replacing the inner tube on my son's mini bike. I even sliced my thumb open. So, I took the tire to Tuffy, and Mr. Pekrul fixed it for me in no time flat. (No pun intended.) He was more than happy to help a father and son in need, and did so with respect towards the the two of us. I have been looking for a new car care store as I have had nothing but lies and rip offs from the company I used for 15 years. (But that's another story.) Thank you for having such wonderful employees that actually care about the customers. If all goes right, you may have just won a customer for life.

I just wanted to inform you of your new business set up at 7444 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL. I have always been a Tire Kingdom kind of guy, but I decided to give the above named business a shot at my work. I was pleasantly surprised by both Richard and Den. They went out of their way to please me and gave me such good service on the 4 tires plus other work I needed on my 11 year old Jetta, that I gave them the work (4 more tires plus other work) on my SUV. They won all my future business and I have sent two of my friends there for tires. Thanks for coming to our area, and having great personal service as well.

Words cant express the job that Tom, and Den (Owner) at the Tuffy on Narcoosee Road did to take care of my vehicle. I had taken my vehicle to another shop and they came back with an outrageous estimate to fix my vehicle. I told them I couldn't afford it at the time and they were like you probably wont make it home without breaking down. I contacted the Tuffy store on Narcoosee Road and spoke to Tom. I told him what I needed done and could he quote me a price. When I brought the vehicle in, they showed me that one of the items the other shop wanted to fix wasn't in need of repair. The estimate that I was quoted for the work was the same amount that I paid when the vehicle was repaired. My spouse's car went down the same day and had it towed to this location for evaluation. It was determined that her car needed a new transmission. We decided not to spend the money on a new transmission with the mileage that was on her car. Richard (the manager) told us he would be happy to keep the car in the shop for a day or two till we figured out what we were going to do with it.
Due to the outstanding service I received, I would highly reccommend this particular Tuffy service center for all of your automotive needs. To me, they are the true Kings of the road when it comes to service.

I had recently taken my vehicle to the Tuffy on Narcoossee Road for a fix from another auto repair shop. The staff at Tuffy was really nice and they were able to fix my vehicle's problem and get me back on the road at a quarter of the price of the other auto repair shop. Thanks Tuffy!
