This past weekend my girlfriend & myself were in Orlando & experienced car trouble. We were towed to the Tuffy's at 9315 S. Orange Blossom Trail where the customer service was excellent. Even though it was arfer 3:oo pm when we arrived, the techs diagnosed the problem, located the part, & had us back on the road in a little over an hour - saving us time and the money we had expected to have to pay for additional night in a hotel. The cost was very resonable & the staff was awesome making us feel wecome the entire time we waited for the car. Now that is customer service. We are very grateful. Tuffy has great employees! Keep up the good work and I'll definately use this Tuffy again!

The Manager at this location on S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL is fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful. Tuffy has taken my vehicle on a momments notice and has serviced it in short time to keep me from waiting. I have taken it in on three or four time and will keep going back. I was worried when i first moved down here in the Orlando area on finding a reliable and trustworthy place to get my vehicle worked on. Tuffy has exceeded my expectations. The crew is awesome!
