Your manager has assisted me and greeted me each time I have visited Tuffy. He has been the most courteous and friendly person I think I have dealt with. I just wanted to say this experience has made me feel more comfortable in taking my vehicle in to be serviced there because I feel as though I'm not just any other customer. They really take care of you and that is important to me.
