I just feel that when you get excellent service you should let the company know.  Too many people complain and yet not many are willing to give credit for good service. We have been going to Tuffy's as do all our kids and grandson too.  We knew Jessie of the Northport Tuffy's when he worked for another auto service center, and followed him all the way to Sarasota.  Now since he has been in North Port, we have been going to that Tuffy's and the staff there is always so courteous, helpful, polite, and professional. We have sent alot of people their way because you can't find more honest and decent people than there. Just thought you should know and appreciate the fact that we keep coming back and our family and friends as well because of the excellent service the entire crew there offers. I wanted to let you know that my dad went to Tuffy in North Port, Fl. A manager by the name of J.Newsome helped my dad out. After explaining the problem and understanding the situation, Mr.Newsome was incredibly professional and did a great job representing your company. He showed amazing customer service, and understood my problem and felt bad. They worked out a 'best case' scenario and my dad was very happy and felt that he was treated above and beyond the call of duty. He also said that he will no longer take his car any where in North Port, because he believes Mr.Newsome and your company will stand by their work and always be there to fix any problems for him.

Please pass this along to anyone and everyone. My dad could not stop talking about this man and I am glad he went from being in a tough situation to feeling he was listened, helped, and looks forward to going back to Tuffy for his future service. Dont let Mr.Newsome go, he does your company a great justice. Thank you and take care.
