The manager of the Melbourne, Florida location went above and beyond. My van broke down at the red light of the intersection next to Tuffy. I was experiencing trouble a few days prior and my check engine/battery light came on. The morning the van stopped running I was on my way to another auto service place next to Tuffy to have the van tested. My husband tried to jump the van, but it wouldn't respond. The manager, not knowing my circumstances came over and offered his help. He had his tech connect a start unit to the van and got it running. I was happy to have Tuffy diagnose and fix my van. My husband and I never had our vehicles worked on by Tuffy, but we will from now on. I am very appreciative and have peace of mind that when we have something wrong with our vehicles we can take it to Tuffy with people we know and trust.
