I have been going to Tuffy for many years. The entire staff is great. I happen to be handicapped and Tuffy always treats me well. If you give awards for service (perfect), clean shop, great personalities, and knowledge, I highly recommend that they receive such recognition.

I am a 60 year old woman, who's husband has been gone for 3 years. I learn something new every day about the things he was able to take care of. I own a 16 year old car, and pray every time that I get in it, that it will start! I work two jobs and need my car.
A few weeks ago, I had a tire that had lost air. I had no one to help me, so I drove it slowly up to the corner gas station..asked for help, just to show me what to do. At that time, I seriously knew nothing about gauges or tire pressure. Obviously I know by now that it's important to learn these things. The man would not come out to help me.
Drove to another place, an auto parts store....THAT man would not help me. At that point, I was in tears. Drove another few blocks and pulled into Tuffy's on Port Saint Lucie Blvd in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Two very kind employees helped me...checked to see if there was a nail or anything in the tire...showed me where to read what the tire pressure should be. Wow...in the door...I did not know that....then.
They sent me on my way with my faith in man reaffirmed. Obviously I have told all of my friends in town and when I need my next oil change, maintenance...I will be going there.
Too many people write letters to complain about service...we also need to compliment those who show compassion and do a great job...
Congratulations Tuffy Tire and Auto Service for your great employees.

I have recently visited the Tuffy Auto in Port Saint Lucie on Port Saint Lucie Blvd. They know me better as the white bronco guy. I was there to get my truck checked out, and happened to be there for quite awhile on that particular day. Both Jim and Al were very professional and friendly. I told them I was originally from Chicago and that I wanted to buy them lunch for the great job they were doing. Because of their professionalism, I doubt that I will ever go to another shop but that one (those guys are keepers). I recently took a truck up to the shop that I was thinking about buying and had Al looked it over. Between Jim and Al, they ended up saving me $3000 because I would have purchased that truck and ended up buying a lemon. I would like to thank them very much and hope that Tuffy never leaves town.
