I have been taking my vehicles to the Tuffy store at 20250 S LaGrange, Frankfort, Illinois since I moved to the area in the fall of 2010. This is where I met the Manager Dan. He is ALWAYS fair with me, provides a clear understanding of issues, is prompt, and polite, even when the repair costs seem high! He manages the workforce in a manner that keeps the operations running efficiently, even when that workforce presents various issues. Tuffy should be proud to have such an employee! I am, and will remain, a loyal customer as long as Dan is there! Nice job Dan!

This was my first time at Tuffy’s and had two different vehicles checked out prior to purchasing them at a local dealership.  I was extremely satisfied as I did not know any mechanics in the area.   Even though I  was from out of town, Dan and Marty treated me like family.  I can't tell you how happy I dealt with Dan in the front office and Marty in the bay.  They were excellent and helped me to avoid purchasing a lemon and getting a great and reliable vehicle.  Thank you so much.  I'm very appreciative and will be sure to visit my local Tuffy shop the next time I need my car repaired.

I just wanted to let you know that I visited the Tuffy in Frankfort, IL yesterday to have a vehicle inspected that I was purchasing.  Dan Herlihy (Manager) treated me with great respect and did a fantastic job setting up the inspection.  The technician did a great job and showed/explained everything about the car very well and thoroughly to me.  These guys should be commended for their support and professionalism.  Keep up the good work, customer service, and professionalism!
