The staff at the Clive Tuffy location is amazing.  They really treat you well and really provide the best customer service! They were willing to take my car in immeadiately, look at it, and tell me what was wrong. Also, at my 2nd visit, they shuttled me to my home as they repaired my car, which again was quickly done. This summer, myself and my family moved across the country from Columbus, Ohio to Phoenix, Arizona.  Along the way, our 2001 Chevy suburban started idling rough and running less smoothly.  We also lost a wheel bearing cap on a boat trailer that we were pulling.  I had never visited a Tuffy center before, but I was lucky enough to find your center in Clive, Iowa and Mr. Brendeland.  Although it was getting past closing time, Mr. Brendeland took the time to listen under our hood and happened to find a spark plug wire that had come loose.  He immediately had taken the time to fix the problem and had graciously explained how we could fix the wheel bearing ourselves.  After fixing our vehicle, he test drove it to ensure that my family would not get stuck. 

This was the best service my family has ever received from a car company.  As for my family, we made it the rest of the way to Phoenix without a problem.  I would expect that your customer base is very successful in Clive, Iowa with someone like Mr. Brendeland running the shop.  Thanks Tuffy!
