We are from Canada, and we're on our way to Chicago on New years eve.  When the exhaust snapped off, Marshall's Tuffy location was in the process of closing down. Whe the store owner came out just to see what was wrong, he stopped everything and took care of us, and simply said 'Happy New Years'.  A man at a gas station suggested Tuffy and we can see why. So thanks to John and Tuffy for making our new years. Well be sure to stop at Tuffy in the future.
