I have been taking my vehicles to Brian for about ten years and for good reasons.  He is always up front and honest with the repairs and cost.  Although I have other testimonies about my experience here, the most recent experience says a lot by itself.  Two days ago I took my car in from a brake line repair.  When Brian had called me in to take a look at the car, he showed me where the frame had rusted away and how the car wasn’t road worthy as a result.  While it was bad news, it was better than him taking the money for the brake line repair.  Brian had communicated that the vehicle really was unsafe, especially with other riders present.  The rusting issue was serious enough that one good bump could possibly drop the motor.  This is exactly why I take my vehicles to Brian’s shop – I know that I can trust him no matter what.  The staff at Tuffy always go above and beyond, are very thorough, and really do look out for the customer’s best interest.  Thanks Tuffy!
