I wanted to express my gratitude to Chris and Bill at the Tuffy Auto in Perrysburg.  Not only did they stay open after hours to ensure I was safe to get back on the road for a 6 hour drive, but they also gave me exceptional service.  I cannot thank them enough for helping me out while I was stranded on the Turnpike.  They gave me a warm place to rest and some good company while waiting to have my car serviced.  If I’m ever through Perrysburg again, I’ll be sure to stop in and thank them again!

On the Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, my family and I were visiting in Ohio when the check engine light came on.  We were near an AutoZone and had it checked.  When the code was read, they had indicated that it should be taken to an auto repair facility to have it check out further.  They called your Tuffy shop and was told to bring the vehicle right over.  It only took about 45 minutes and the result was that the thermostat may have been stuck which would cause an error code.  After a check of the temperature of the coolant, we were told that it was ok and to just have it changed as soon as we were able to get back in town.  To my amazement, there was no charge!  I just wanted to say that we made it back in town and in one piece.  Being from out of the state and during the holiday season, we were prepared for the worst.  Hats off to the guys in Perrysburg, OH.  Thank you very much!

I recently had my car worked on at the Perrysburg Tuffy and the services I had received were great.  Bob was very friendly and made suggestions as to what I should have done in the next few months to keep my car in good working order.  I will definitely be using this Tuffy in the future for my auto service needs.
