I would just like to thank the staff at your location at Jackman and Laskey in Toledo.  I had a tire completely blow out and my 2.5 year son was with me in the car.  I was about three blocks from your Tuffy and knew it would be a safe place to change my tire.  I asked one of the employees if I could borrow a jack so that I could change my tire and get my son home.  The person that I talked to asked if I was able to drive it up to the service bay (it was parked about 50 feet from it) and he would change it for me.  I wasn’t sure if Tuffy did much tire service, but he went out of his way to help me out.  I really appreciate the service that he provided when he really didn’t have to.  That just proves that there are still great and courteous people in the service industry.  You should be very proud of your staff.
