A guy had crashed into my vehicle in front of your shop as I was trying to pass by.  When I turned my back, the offending driver sped off.  At the very same moment, two of your staff members rushed out to see if I was ok.  They check my car throughout and made me feel at ease.  As I locked my car to go inside, another gentlemen had asked if I needed anything and reassured to me how good the police in Euclid were.  Tuffy’s concern for me was greatly appreciated and sure enough the police had caught the offending driver in less than an hour!

I haven’t used Tuffy before, but I will definitely go there the next time I need something.  You have truly great people working at your business.  Thanks Tuffy!
