

I brought my car in on 4/28/2011 to have the best oil change/tire rotation and also have the exhaust system inspected due to noise under my car. Throughout the process Mike kept me informed of what was being done to my vehicle and also what they found which was that I needed the both rear brakes/cylinders/drums replaced. The staff worked diligently to get my car finished by the end of business day but ran into problems right before closing time. Mike offered to let me borrow the loaner car on site since my car wouldn't be ready until the next morning. The next day Mike called me to let me know that my car was ready and when I arrived after work that day, he had my keys/paperwork ready for me when I walked in the door. On 5/9/11, I discovered a massive oil leak on my garage floor and called this location. I believe I spoke with Jim who immediately found a couple of employees to come to my home to inspect the car. They drove my car to the shop, fixed the oil drain plug (which had been replaced on 4/28/11) that was no longer sealed, and brought my car back to my home. I greatly appreciate all the hard work that your employees put into my car every time I bring it in. I wanted to let you know how grateful I am that on 5/9/11 they went above and beyond in service. I don't have an extra car available when something like this happens and they made sure that my car was fixed and returned to me so that I could go to work the next morning. Recently, it has become necessary for me to take care of my own car maintenance and repairs. I had taken my car to the Blacklick Tuffy today to have an oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection, the mechanic had found a screw in my tire and offered to plug it for me. I appreciated him doing such a thorough inspection and finding this problem with my tire. It saved me from having to deal with it unexpectedly. I received friendly and prompt service too. I’ll definitely be returning to this Tuffy for my future car maintenance and repair needs.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have visited the Blacklick shop for some help on my vehicle. My brakes were making some noise which ad prompted my visit. The shop crew and given wonderful service and I want to let everyone know how much I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity, and workmanship with my vehicle. Every time that I frequent this location, the guys treat me like they would their own daughter, mother, or grandmother. I stopped into the Tuffy of East Broad Street on Waggoner Road last week to get my headlight replaced and the men that took care of me were wonderful. I have a guy who I trust with my car, but with the service I received during my last visit at Tuffy was too good not to want to go back. My experience was wonderful and I recommend this location to anyone who has questions about auto repair. Thank you for outstanding customer service. In this day, it’s very hard to find.
