

Joe and his staff are AWESOME! I noticed the higher level of customer service and dedication soon after sitting in the lobby. Joe was completing a service review with another customer and explaining the required repair work with lots of details. He took the time to answer questions and gave more explanation until the customer was fully knowledgeable about the issues with his car. This scored major points with me! In my observation and talking with Joe and staff, they are very seasoned and knowledgeable individuals and work very efficiently together all while enjoying their work (service with a smile). I was expecting very bad news on my 99 Sonata, but Joe asked me back to the service bays and took me underneath the car, explaining everything in great detailed. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and then advised me off all of my options and the costs. I felt no pressure and was able to make a very well informed decision regarding my car repairs. I am so glad that I’ve found this place. This is where my car will be serviced in the future. I just wanted to formally commend this Tuffy shop in Gahanna for the superior service and care. They have always treated me with respect and consideration. I have been a customer for over 20 years and appreciate that little extra customer service greatly. As a single working mother of a toddler and a teenager, life is pretty hectic. Something like needing car repair has a huge impact on my daily activities. Joe Brooks was wonderful and allowed me use of their loaner car, which was a life-saver. It was no-hassle and allowed me to get on with my day. Thank you for your commitment to providing high quality employees and service at your Tuffy Auto Service Centers.
