The dedicated staff at Tuffy in Westerville has won a fan for life! In a nutshell, I’m regarded as something of a curmudgeon from my general (disenchanted) exposure to car mechanics over the years. But let’s not capitalize on these negative experiences from the other so-called-shops. The contrast (to which countless others are lacking) is in service excellence, in feeling cared for, in having your name remembered, in being made to feel important, in knowing that you’ve the most sophisticated equipment, dependable staff, and all w/in a reasonable cost. You rock!! Thanks!

The Tuffy in Westerville has been nothing but great to me. I have to thank Brad especially, because he installed my after market headlights and they have been a pit of a pain. Recently, I went in for an oil change & to replace what, I thought, was a burned out turn signal light. Signal light turned out to be a little bit more complicated. Brad, being the trooper, fix and rewired the light. Chris did my oil change and remembered not to put in windshield washer fluid, which I thought it was nice that he remembered. Ron is always nice & friendly. He delivers the news of a little extra work so nicely. Carl was on his honey moon, but he's a good guy as well.
Granted, I went in thinking I'd only spend $40.00 and spent $120.00 instead, but I trust the guys there and that's the most important thing. My car is at the point where I could keep it or get a new one. As long as the guys tell things are good with my Civic I'll hold on to it.
I just wanted to say my thanks and hopefuly let the right people know about the GOOD GUYS there in Westerville.

The guys at the Westerville location are fantastic. I had recently brought my 01 Honda Civic in for a radiator problem and Ron took care of it right on the spot with no problems. That really won me over. I fully recommend them to everyone. I couldn’t thank them enough for being honest and friendly. Ron, Carl, and Brad really are awesome guys.

Thanks so much for helping us with the tire! I'm in the Army and preparing for another deployment, so I'm away from my family a lot and the safety of their primary vehicle is of the utmost importance to me. You obviously saved us a lot of time and money, and I really appreciate that (as both are scarce these days!). My Dad, who lives very close, took notice and will be visiting you again (he even remarked to my Mom that they would now start going there for car care). And thank you for accepting the ten bucks for lunch - I know it's not much, but kindness is relatively rare and I want to encourage it as much as possible. Thanks again, you really made our day!

I am writing to compliment the Tuffy store in Westerville, OH at 7128 State Route 3. I went into my car this morning and found my windshield wiper was broken.—and YES it was raining! Because I was getting ready to make a trip to downtown Columbus, I HAD to get that issue taken care of. I was passing our local Tuffy and decided to pull in and see if they could quickly deal with my wipers. I was immediately greeted with a smile and was reassured that they could take care of my car RIGHT THEN! They quickly got the wipers and installed them. I was ready to roll again in less than 10 minutes! WOW!! I know this may seem like a “little thing” to many people, but what they workers at Tuffy didn’t know was that I was making the trip downtown to see a doctor for a biopsy about a possible cancer. Needless to say, this has been a difficult time for my family and I—and the smiles I was greeted with and the extremely efficient service they performed really made my day! It may have been a “little thing” to them, but it TRULY made a difference in my days and was greatly appreciated!!

(I was moved to include this letter on our website for many reasons. The fact that this customer took the time to write us despite her other, more pressing, concerns was the biggest. It bears repeating that the little things are often the biggest difference in a so-so experience and a WOW experience. Our heartfelt thanks and best wishes go out to Carol and her family.)
