I just wanted to let you guys know that you have an excellent employee in Rob.  We have been to this location before, and we always decide to come back due to the service we receive.  Rob is always friendly, patient, and explains everything – in terms that we can actually understand.  When money is as tight as it is right now, it is nice to know exactly what you are paying for.  You should be proud to have such a great employee.
