I am happy to report the service recieved in the past three years from Tuffy Auto Center at Fields Ertel Road Cincinnati, Ohio. Both Robert Cordell and Manager Jeff Wilson have displayed an honest and clear responce to all our needs with our service truck that is on the go all the time. We are no longer names but friends as both Bob and Jeff have done such an outstanding job meeting my schedlule and needs that I must take this time to let you know of this wonderful service. I have been so impressed by the process that all my personal cars are serviced by Tuffy. I know how hard it is to find good people and Tuffy has the best in Bob and Jeff. Many thanks for all they do and all you do as my chosen repair center of choice.

I want to particularly recognize and thank Jeff Wilson, manager of this branch. Jeff researched and found manufacturer extended warranties rather than just charge me for some fixes. He also helped me discuss issues with the auto dealer when they needed to perform these warranty repairs (they even complimented his honesty). Jeff has been very up-front and honest with me, and I've thanked him with my continued business.

Recently I purchased a used Eclipse from a dealership in Cleveland, OH which is roughly three and a half hours from my hometown of Mason, OH. It wasn't until I was about halfway home that I started to hear some VERY unusual noises and actions of the car that could only represent problems. Not only did Tuffy put it up on the lift and trouble-shoot it for me, they brought me back into the garage, showed and explained to me the problem, and offered the most affordable solution. They had me in and out in no time, and I'm very busy with work and such so that was incredibly convenient. The boys at Tuffy truly went above and beyond, I will most definitely be coming back to Tuffy for absolutely ANY work I need done on my car in the future. ----- Sincerely, a pleased customer, and newfound avid Tuffy Fan!

I wanted to make an effort to recognize both Robert Cordell, owner, and Jeff Wilson, manager, for the great services that have been rendered to us here at Stor-All Storage Landen. We have many different drivers of our rental truck and this causes a variety of work to be done beyond our regular services.
We have found not only have you been fair in pricing, but you do what you say and get it done on time. I myself as a manager have found this such a great service that my private vehicles too are now being serviced and repaired as needed at this location. Further, it should be known not only have I found the service great but have extended it to my customers with pride that they will be handled with the same friendly and confident service. On a another front, I am a published writer and in process of working on a book called “Life in a Used Car.” If allowed, I’d like to highlight this Tuffy location because of their extra efforts to get the job done well and with pride so displayed in the craftsmanship.
