On our way for a weekend getaway with the family, our vehicle’s driver side window fell down.  I called the Tuffy Auto store that was in Green Bay and talked to the owner, Jerry.  He gave me a brief description of what to do and how to temporarily fix it.  His instructions were spot on.  I’d like to thank Jerry for his courtesy and taking the time to speak with me.  He is truly an asset to your company.
