Automotive Technician: Automotive Technician duties include:
- Diagnosing vehicular problems
- Test driving the customer's vehicle
- Recommend repairs and service the vehicle
Technical experience is preferred, but not required.
Assistant Manager: Assistant Manager duties include:
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Assist in training technicians
The Assistant Manager is also a working Automotive Technician. Technical experience is required and management experience is preferred.
Store Manager: The Store Manager is responsible for the management of the store including, but not limited to:
- Customer relations
- Sales
- Inventory management
- Human resources
Management experience is required and technical experience is preferred, but not required.
District Manager: The District Manager is responsible for the management of thirty to thirty-five stores in a close geographical area.
Multi-group management experience is preferred.
