I was having a horrible day until I came into this Gainesville Tuffy location.  They calmed all of my nerves in regards to my broken down vehicle.  My car had randomly stopped working the night before my visit.  When I arrived at the Gainesville Tuffy, everyone inside were super nice and helped me to understand what was wrong.  There was a small wait, but they fit me in right away to ensure me that everything would be ok.  While I waited, the lady in the front office was amazingly nice and I felt that she was like a friend!  The worries were gone.  At the end of my visit, they made sure everything worked safely, thanked me for my business, and left me feeling totally satisfied with the money that I had spent.  I really appreciate everything that Tuffy did for me today!

I was stranded from out of town, my husband had just had surgery, and we were in some real trouble.  This was the best experience I have ever had with car repair.  Mr. Gablehouse was extremely informative and helpful with me and with all other customers that I watched him deal with during my visit.  Kudos to this Tuffy location.  Thank you for being prompt, polite, and personable.
