I would like to thank Bob and the tuffy team for an exceptional job they did in March 2012. My daughter broke down on I-75 and needed a water pump.  Not only did they have it done asap but was ready very next morning for her to make it to work on time!

I'd like to thank the Bowling Green, Ohio Tuffy location for their outstanding customer service.  Both Bob and Kyle were very helpful in addressing the issues with my vehicle, particularly my battery.  They went above and beyond to ensure the safety of both me and my car.  I wish that all auto service centers would treat their customers with the respect and the great customer service that the Bowling Green location has.  I will continue to use Tuffy as my auto service center of choice.

Just wanted to comment on the exceptional service that I receive at the Bowling Green, OH Tuffy Service Center. They have always done everything in their power to make my car repairs as smooth and as simple as possible. The people are great and extremely helpful and understanding. We just wanted to drop you a line and thank you again so much for your friendliness and service to get us back on the road for Power Tour.  We told everyone we knew about our wonderful experience.  We’ve made a few other car cruises this summer and plan on doing a Route 66 towards the end of September, and then this winter will be a good time to work on getting that new exhaust.  Thought we’d share some photos so all your customers know how we appreciate your business.
