Tuffy franchisee expands into third Chicagoland location

Effective March 1st, ownership of the Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center on South LaGrange has transferred to existing franchisee, Curt Rhyne. With two locations in northwest Chicago, Frankfort will make Mr. Rhyne’s third Tuffy location in the Chicagoland region.
