Rick and Cecile Stastny, franchisees of the Beaufort, South Carolina Tuffy Auto Service Center, have been Tuffy franchisees since 2006 and have consistently proven a commitment to excellence in customer service and quality control. Recently, Rick and Cecile’s store in Beaufort received the Dealer of the Year Award for Single Store at Tuffy’s National Dealer Convention in Schaumburg, Illinois, given to only one Tuffy franchisee for excellence in customer service, quality control, product knowledge, and staff management. This isn’t the first award honoring Rick and Cecile and their staff.
