Growing business through personal customer service – That’s A Tuffy! Through this year’s theme of Business is Won: One on One, Tuffy franchisees from all over the country gathered this February at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois to share ideas to effectively enhance their businesses.
Presenting on practical strategies of customer service, this year’s guest speaker, Nancy Friedman, wowed the assembly of franchise owners, vendors, and corporate staff members with her unequalled humor and enthusiasm.
