Gives Tuffy dealers information to grow their businesses
In a sluggish economy, independent franchisees can struggle to maintain positive business growth. The Tuffy Auto Service Center annual dealer meeting aimed to provide their franchisees with “Building Blocks for Success.”
From vendor presentations to marketing and customer service seminars and featured speaker Sidney Hurlbert, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, to the Dealer Panel Discussion; Tuffy dealers found something that they can take back to their local markets to help grow their businesses.
Since it’s founding in 1970, the organization has experienced sustained growth, expanding both the number of Tuffy Auto Service Centers nationwide as well as the services that they provide. “As customers’ needs change and economic and marketplace conditions change, our company must change as well,” says Roger Hill, President and CEO.
Tuffy is one of the largest full-service automotive repair franchises in the country, specializing in brakes, alignments, oil changes, air conditioning, tires, heating and cooling systems, starting and charging systems, and general maintenance and repair.
