Introduction, get to know you, let's chat!
Step 1 – Complete and Submit Confidential Tuffy Qualification Sheet
- The information provided will help Tuffy get to know you and better assist you. It will also give Tuffy a clear understanding of your financial picture, experience and whether your qualifications meet ours. (This information is confidential and does not obligate you in any way).
Step 2 – Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
- If pre-qualified, Tuffy will forward you a franchise disclosure document (FDD). The FDD provides detailed information about the franchisor “Tuffy Corporate” and its officers, investment, and further defines the relationship
Step 3 – Discovery Day
- Tuffy will contact you to arrange a face to face meeting “Discovery Day”. Meet and greet, spend some time with our “management team” in Toledo, Ohio.
Step 4 – Sign “Letter of Intent”
- Upon signing this document, we are setting forth the framework of your deal and presenting it to the Tuffy Franchise Review Committee for their approval.
Step 5 – Execute Franchise Agreement & Related Documents.
- Welcome to the Tuffy Family! You will be contacted by all of the Tuffy Team members to walk you through the entire process to open your first Tuffy Franchise.
